Orientation Days (OE)
As every year we will do orientation days (German: Orientierungs Einheit) for freshmen students. The orientation days will presumably take place on the 22nd and 23rd of October. This event will mainly be in German.
The approximate schedule will be updated as the planning progresses.

Day 1
We sill start with the introduction of the final time table, the used platforms, and some Professors, possibly using Breakout-Rooms. Next we will form small Groups and switch from the Livestream/Zoom to a better suited platform. Once split into Groups we will start with a some Icebreakers and socializing. At 18 o'clock our Gamesnight will start, given the current circumstances this will be online as well. For the Gamesnight we will divide based on Games rather than fixed groups.
Day 2
The second day will begin with the presentation of prepared informational presentations regarding the planning of your studies and other relevant videos. Next up are simultaneous presentations one for students studying for 1-Subject CS and one for students studying for a teachers degree. Next we will present the student association and explain what it is that we are doing. If there is demand we will follow with a Question Round, obviously question are possible and welcome at anytime. As the finale we are planning to organise an online escape room in small groups, this is currently waiting on finances to be signed off on.
